Part of the Playpower Family. Over the past 25 years Tayplay have developed into the United Kingdom’s number one supplier of rope net playground equipment, manufacturing thousands of rope nets, shipped worldwide every year.
At Tayplay, we understand and appreciate that no two customers have the same requirements, that is why our core philosophy is based around individuality. Our design and technical team are on hand to advise landscape architects to community group workers on how to design and manufacture your own rope playground equipment. We do not go for anything but the best for our materials: colour, durability and safety are key. We want to supply a playground that the children can play on for years to come.
Our research and development programme is pushing for new products, new technologies and new materials to meet your growing needs. This is why you can use our expert knowledge in rope, connectors and end fittings to find the best solution for your new rope play product. Depending upon the required design parameters, we offer rope to meet all conditions and environments, as well as patented connectors, in a selection of materials, including stainless steel. The versatility of our huge range of end fittings are safe, secure and to the highest specification. You can personalise your product by selecting colours and connectors to create a unique play item for your play area.
Our design team collaborates with technical, production and marketting in developing ideas throughout the design process into a robust, TUV certified product, ready for distribution. Both Design and Technical are fully trained in solid modelling software 2D DWG CAD blocks, installation instructions, renders are available for each certified freestanding structure. Solidworks, as well as AutoCAD. We can export our library of 3D models to meet any software. For bespoke projects our technical team will collaborate with your team of designers, architects and structural engineers.
Manufacturing & Installation
Tayplay rope nets are manufactured in house, at our factories and offices situated just off the M90, Perth, Scotland (UK). We take pride in having a loyal, hardworking workforce, with an average working experience of over 15 years. Our standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, however we encourage you to ask us, as depending on the urgency of the job, this time can be reduced if production is not busy.
